Why this Course?

Not all AI tools are created equal, start where you already work…

Not sure which AI course to choose? If you’re already using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or Teams every day, Copilot is the most practical place to start. Unlike tools like ChatGPT or Claude that sit outside your workflow, Copilot is built directly into the apps you already use, so you can turn a Word document into a PowerPoint deck, analyse Excel data without formulas, draft emails from meeting notes, or summarise reports instantly without switching tools. It works with your files, your data and your daily tasks, helping you get more done with less effort, without changing the way you work.

Why Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft is embedding Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and the wider Microsoft 365 platform, making AI skills an increasingly important part of everyday work. As AI becomes built directly into the tools millions of people already use every day, Microsoft is uniquely positioned to drive widespread workplace adoption. Organisations are investing heavily in Copilot licences, yet many users are only scratching the surface of its capabilities, and many don’t even realise they have access to it.

As Copilot becomes a standard feature across Microsoft Office, understanding how to use AI effectively will be as essential as knowing how to write a document, manage a spreadsheet or create a presentation. Learning to work with Copilot is rapidly becoming a core workplace skill.

Not Another Theoretical AI Course

Our Copilot in Action course uses a practical, story-based business scenario that helps beginners understand how Copilot works across the Microsoft Office ecosystem, not just within individual applications. Participants follow a realistic workflow, using Copilot to research, write, analyse, communicate and present, seeing firsthand how the tools work together in everyday business situations.

Through hands-on exercises, participants learn how to use Copilot effectively for real workplace tasks, building confidence, improving productivity and gaining skills they can immediately apply at work.

FAQS

Below are some common questions people ask before booking Microsoft Copilot training.
What is Microsoft Copilot and why should I learn it?

Think of Microsoft Copilot as ChatGPT built directly into the Microsoft apps you already use every day. Instead of jumping between different websites and tools, Copilot works alongside you in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, helping you create content, analyse data, write emails and get work done without leaving your workflow. It is designed to bring the power of AI into the applications you’re already familiar with.

Why learn it?

Because work is changing.

Microsoft is investing heavily in bringing AI capabilities into its products, and Copilot is becoming a core part of how people work in Microsoft 365.

By learning Copilot, you can:

  • Draft emails in seconds instead of minutes.
  • Create presentations faster.
  • Get help analysing spreadsheets and reports.
  • Summarise lengthy documents and meetings.
  • Spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on valuable work.

Research shows that people who effectively use generative AI can be more productive and produce higher-quality work
